Mel B Colombian Holiday Pictures

Mel B has never looked so good as these pictures by SPLASH demonstrate as the happy couple frolicked during their holiday on the secluded island Cartagena in Colombia. Scary Spice is far from being frightening these days, the former Spice Girl has proved their is life after Spice!

Some questioned whether her marriage to Stephen Belafonte would last, but these holiday snaps clearly demonstrate their love is as strong now as when they secretly married in Las Vegas on 6 June 2007. Mel B is now back in the UK for the next few weeks working on various projects including ITV1's Loose Women.

Sex five times a day keeps Melanie Brown fit

Former Spice girl Melaine Brown insists that sex is a huge part of her fitness regime. “Yes, sex is a huge part of my fitness. I'm a nymphomaniac, It's all-over body-conditioning after all," the News of the World quoted her as saying.

Brown has revealed that always looks forward to making love with her busy husband and film producer Stephen Belafonte.

She said: "I couldn't bear being away from him for longer than a week, he's been with me for the last five months in Vegas and I went with him when he had a filming project in New Orleans. Before we got married, we both agreed that long-distance relationships just don't work - plus I'd miss sex too much."

She added: "We really can't keep our hands off each other. Most days we have sex five times."

The singer does not feel lack of time is an issue.

“We find it. We're not having sex for two hours each time, but when I see him, I just want to grab him. I'm a nymphomaniac and he's got a really high sex drive so it works well."

The hottie also disclosed that she finds a way to have fun when her hubby is not around, she said: "Oh, that's easy, I've always got my Pocket Rocket."

Scary Spice Mel B had an unpleasant return to the UK as she faced a crazed 22 year old man who threatened her husband, Stephen Belafonte and a photographer at London's Heathrow airport. Website TMZ.COM has the whole story and below is the video from the terrifying scene, where Mel B stands talking to fans while holding her 18 month old daughter while her husband seeks to protect his family from any potential attack.

The main outburst from the 22 year old man was directed at a photographer over a comment he had made. The two came to blows as the argument grew more heated, eventually Mel B's husband stepped in but was issued with threats before the man was arrested and later bailed. Mel B remained calm during the whole incident and said, "It’s just one of those crazy things."

Mel B is co-hosting the MOBO Awards at Wembley Arena on Wednesday evening.

Mel B: Totally Fit DVD Pictures

Mel B's Totally Fit DVD is out just after Christmas and as these pictures show, Scary Spice is looking hotter than ever. Currently Mel B is the face of Ultimo, the women's underwear range that has had eyes popping out all over the world and also revealed this week that she could do a nude photo shoot for Playboy magazine in the future.

Since returning last year with the Spice Girls, Mel B has gone from strength to strength. She won over the American audience with her dancing on Dancing With The Stars and has continued to grab the headlines for all the right reasons after giving birth to her second daughter, Angel Iris. She quickly got into shape for the Spice Girls tour and her Totally Fit DVD is a result of her workouts.

The Totally Fit: Mel B DVD will be released on 26th December in a three disc set and includes a 23 day plan on getting a slimmer, toned body. There is also a 60 minute do-at-home fitness class and four 10 minute workouts plus a nutritional guide to get you eating healthy snacks.

Mel B recovers from night out for Ultimo launch

Mel B may have been out until gone 4am the night before as the Spice Girls celebrated picking up an award at Glamour Magazine, but she looked far from Scary at 8am as she launched the Ultimo lingerie range at Debenham's in London.

You could forgive Mel B for wanting to get drunk, especially as she celebrated her 33rd birthday - but instead she kept herself busy in London and Liverpool promoting the Ultimo collection. No rest for the best!

Spice Girls - "Giving You Everything" BBC / Fox Documentary

The most candid documentary ever made by the Spice Girls airs on the BBC at 19:00 on New Years Eve, but now you can see it in full thanks to YouTube. The programme looks at the ups and downs, the rise and falls, the closeness and the divisions that has been the Spice Girls.

The documentary charts the early days when the Spice Girls were formed and then gained world domination to the departure of Geri Halliwell in 1998. Through the tears and individual demons - Scary, Sporty, Baby, Posh and Ginger got back together in June 2007 for the world tour and another chance to enjoy all the "Girl Power" that the Spice Girls bring.

The programme will be up against ITV's two top soap operas on New Years Eve and will face stiff competition for viewing figures as the nation prepares to party, but robmacca is predicting an audience of around 5 million.

Posh Frocked Off!

Posh Spice (Victoria Beckham) is frocked off this weekend according to the Sunday Mirror, which reported that several of her outfits were stolen from her dressing room during the Spice Girls concert in Cologne, Germany on Thursday.

Two pairs of shoes, at £5,000 a pop, were pinched along with stage outfits, including jackets and jewellery. The Sunday Mirror also said a red satin dressing robe that Roberto Cavalli had designed especially for her to wear backstage. It had "Mrs Beckham" on the front and "Posh" on the back. The other Spice Girls dressing rooms were untouched according to sources.

This comes on the back of Posh catching one of her backing dancers taking the mickey out of her, She walked in on a dancer doing an impression of her, just standing at the mike, breathing heavily and pouting. It's tough at the top, but at least Victoria Beckhams "DVB" clothing brand keeps rising in the fashion stakes , recently being valued at £100m

Being a Spice Girl in the media eye can be a thankless job as Scary Spice (Mel B) found out this week. She had been appearing at Selfridges to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation, singing Christmas songs and signing autographs as well as shaking a bucket. She is donating her £10k fee to kids' hospitals in America but that hasn't stopped a story in the News of the World branding Melanie "Scrooge Spice" for taking so long to donate her fee to charity.

On a more positive note, Melanie Brown is set to renew her wedding vows in April after sneaking off to Vegas in June to marry film producer Stephen Belafonte in secret. According to the Sunday Mirror, Mel B wants her mum and daughter Phoenix Chi, eight, as a bridesmaid because she has been feeling guilty.

Maybe it was Scary Spice who stole Posh's outfits ................

Spice Girls In Concert - O2 Pictures

Going to see the Spice Girls after all these years, was a dream come true for me. They were the only group I'd really ever wanted to see and this weekend it became a reality as "The Return of the Spice Girls" Tour hit the UK. Who would have thought the Spice Girls would ever tour again? Seeing them perform on stage for two nights was fantastic, at times it was hard to believe that the five women on stage were indeed THE Spice Girls.

The crowds really got into the spirit of the occasion and were cheering from start to finish and it was rather interesting how loud they became every time Posh sang her lines. Maybe it is because she has the highest profile but it was all very spontaneous and added to the night.
