Geri Halliwell to marry Henry Beckwith?

Former Spice Girl singer Geri Halliwell has sparked speculations about her getting married after she introduced her mother to lover Henry Beckwith's parents.

The 38-year-old singer, took her mother to see a musical in London's west end with Henry's tycoon parents Sir John and Lady Beckwith.

"She was nervous but thought it would break the ice for them to see a show. They all had a great time and Geri was giddy with excitement," thesun.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

Halliwell who has dated 31-year-old Henry for 21 months, arranged for them to meet the cast of the musical, which is about 1960s band "The Four Seasons".

Geri Halliwell's Lover Arrested Over Drug Possession

Geri Halliwell's wealthy boyfriend was arrested and handcuffed by police for drug possession after being searched outside a posh London club. According to the Sunday Mirror, Henry Beckwith was picked up by police outside London nightclub Raffles although Geri Halliwell was not with him at the time of his arrest, he was apparently seen going outside with another woman.

The newspaper quotes a spokesman for Raffles saying, "He was seen going outside and around the corner, where he was searched by police." Henry admitted to being in possession of cocaine and was taken in handcuffs to a Chelsea police station.

A Scotland Yard spokesman was reported as saying, "A quantity of white powder was found on a man in Paulton Square and he was arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class-A drug."

Geri Halliwell Splits From Fiancé

Geri Halliwell has spilt up from her fiancé Fabrizio Politi after just three months according to The Sun newspaper today. Ginger Spice had previously been going out with her backing dancer Ivan Velez until they split, as reported on robmacca's entertainment news back in November.

The former Spice Girl is now 36 years-old and seems destined for the single life as it seems she once again got cold feet. According to a 'source' Geri, "woke up one morning last week and decided she just wasn’t the marrying type. She loved being in a relationship but decided that all she needs is her daughter Bluebell to keep her happy."

Geri Halliwell Splits From Dancing Lover

Geri Halliwell and Ivan ‘Flipz’ Velez part company

Gerl Halliwell seems destined to remain a single mother as it became public that the Spice Girl has split up from her backing dancer Ivan Velez. The couple became an item after the Spice Girls Reunion Tour last December and things had progressed, as Geri and daughter Bluebell spent most of the summer in Los Angeles with Ivan.

Yet, like the Spice Girls tour - all good things must come to an end and it appears Geri Halliwell called time on the relationship, ending it via a phone call several weeks ago. Close friends say Ivan had been hoping Geri would change her mind, according to this weeks Closer magazine.

'She couldn't deal with the distance between them and thought it was best to end it before he got even more hurt,' a source is quoted telling the magazine.

How much of the story is true is any body's guess, but I'm sure Geri Halliwell will have no shortage of offers from available bachelors!

Geri Halliwell To Marry In September?

Geri Halliwell is set to marry her Spice Girls backing dancer, Ivan Velez in September. According to the Daily Star, the couple will marry at London's Fleet Street St Bride's church (pictured left).

Geri and Ivan first met back in 2001 on the set of her video to "It's Raining Men" and then recently on the Spice Girls tour, where the couple grew closer. The dancer has also bonded with Geri's two year old daughter Bluebell.

The insider told the newspaper: "Geri has a huge diamond and an even bigger grin on her face now that she and Ivan are marrying. It's been a whirlwind affair but when you know, you know, and she doesn't care if she's criticised for being hasty."

Geri Halliwell : Solo Career Ends

Geri Halliwell has announced that her solo career has ended and she will focus on writing children's books for the time being. With no plans for any new solo singles, Geri will be kept busy with the release of her first children's book Ugenia Lavender on May 2nd.

Manchester will host Geri Halliwell at a book signing on May 11th between 3pm and 4pm at the Trafford Centre. Geri plans to release a new book each month based on nine year old Ugenia Lavender.

Speaking about the recent Spice Girls reunion, Geri said:

"I feel we are just like a family. We clicked again straight away - it's just like a family travelling in a bubble. I really enjoy our relationships, but I always wish I had left the group under better circumstances, rather than just walking out. But that's exactly why I wanted to do it again."

Geri Halliwell Dons Sexy Uniforms For TV Show

Geri Halliwell will be donning two sexy uniforms tonight for Channel 4's "Friday Night Project", as seen in the pictures below. Geri will no doubt set a few hearts racing when she does her school girl sketch and unsuspecting members of the public need to be aware as Geri patrols the streets of London as a police woman.

Justin Lee Collins and Alan Carr will be presenting the Friday Night Project with Geri Halliwell as guest presenter. She shows her funnier side as Justin and Alan launch "Ginger Aid". Also on the show will be Joe Dempsie from Skins and Shaggy from music. Playing the show out will be Sam Sparrow, the programme will be aired at 10pm on Channel 4. More details: HERE

Spice Girls - "Giving You Everything" BBC / Fox Documentary

The most candid documentary ever made by the Spice Girls airs on the BBC at 19:00 on New Years Eve, but now you can see it in full thanks to YouTube. The programme looks at the ups and downs, the rise and falls, the closeness and the divisions that has been the Spice Girls.

The documentary charts the early days when the Spice Girls were formed and then gained world domination to the departure of Geri Halliwell in 1998. Through the tears and individual demons - Scary, Sporty, Baby, Posh and Ginger got back together in June 2007 for the world tour and another chance to enjoy all the "Girl Power" that the Spice Girls bring.

Spice Girls: "Giving You Everything" Documentary

The programme will be up against ITV's two top soap operas on New Years Eve and will face stiff competition for viewing figures as the nation prepares to party, but robmacca is predicting an audience of around 5 million.

Spice Girls In Concert - O2 Pictures

Going to see the Spice Girls after all these years, was a dream come true for me. They were the only group I'd really ever wanted to see and this weekend it became a reality as "The Return of the Spice Girls" Tour hit the UK. Who would have thought the Spice Girls would ever tour again? Seeing them perform on stage for two nights was fantastic, at times it was hard to believe that the five women on stage were indeed THE Spice Girls.

The crowds really got into the spirit of the occasion and were cheering from start to finish and it was rather interesting how loud they became every time Posh sang her lines. Maybe it is because she has the highest profile but it was all very spontaneous and added to the night.
