Cheryl Cole Saves Danni From X Factor Chop

Cheryl Cole has saved fellow X Factor judge Danni Minogue being axed from the ITV show. According to press reports, the Girls Aloud singer told Simon Cowell that she would quit X Factor if Danni was dropped.

Various reports have linked Lily Allen, Mel B, Victoria Beckham and Kelly Roland as possible replacements for the seemingly unpopular Danni Minogue. But Cheryl has refused to sign her contract before Danni's future on the show is sorted, leaving Simon Cowell with the possibility of losing the star of the show.

Since Cheryl Cole joined X Factor last year, viewing figures have reached new highs as she proved popular with millions of viewers each Saturday night. She replaced Sharon Osbourne and has been highly praised in the media for her role as judge, along side Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh.
