The couple announced a separation in May following claims that the Boyzone star had an affair.
An insider told the News of the World: "They are spending all their time together and doing things a normal family would - days out, dinners and plenty of quality time together.
"This is the most promising they've looked as a couple since their separation."
The pair got married in 1998 and recently revealed that they plan to renew their vows.
