The 12th MTV Movie Awards took place last night with Zac Efron won 'Best Male Performer' for his role as Troy Bolton in High School Musical 3: The Senior Year yet, as predicted it was Twilight that picked up the most honours. Having been nominated for seven awards, the vampire teen flick picked up five awards at the show in Los Angeles. Slumdog Millionaire went away empty handed, despite being up for six awards as American movies dominated the MTV ceremony.
